Meet Andrew Lucchetti
Andrew Lucchetti is a dedicated civil rights attorney. He takes on powerful government officials and corporate interests to get justice for people who have been victims of abuse, misconduct, or negligence—because he believes in an America where regular people are the ones who matter most.
In his law practice, he has fought for the civil rights of Virginians when they have been violated and has represented people against big insurance companies and corporations who have tried to take advantage of them.
Andrew is a believer in second chances, having been given the choice by a judge decades ago to face prosecution for a drug possession charge, or enter a recovery program. Andrew chose the latter, turned his life around, and put himself through law school to learn the tools to stand up to the powerful and become a civil rights attorney.
Andrew is an active member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He is a proud husband and dad to three daughters—and has had the pleasure to coach all of their soccer teams. He and his family live in Mechanicsville, Va.

Why I'm Running
I decided to become a civil rights attorney to hold accountable the people and corporations who believe their money or power shields them from responsibility for their actions. I have spent my career standing up for people who need someone to fight for them.
Right now, politicians in Washington, DC, are hurting Virginians. At a time when Virginia families are struggling with rising costs, Congress is working to pass a budget that kicks millions of Americans off their healthcare and takes food off the table of families who will otherwise go hungry. I am running to represent the working families of Virginia because not only are politicians not helping, they are setting the very policies to make things worse.
Virginians deserve a leader in Congress who will fight for them. I’m not a career politician; I’m a husband, a dad, a soccer coach, and a civil rights attorney who fights for people every day. I will be a Representative who stands up against corruption and for the rule of law, fights to deliver quality, affordable healthcare for all, protects a woman’s right to make her own healthcare decisions, and builds an economy that works for everyone.
